Behavioral Health Clinicians

Seeking a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Duties include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, collaborating with care teams, and supervising clinicians.

Location: Springfield, MA (Worcester Street)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)

1+ year of clinical experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally competent care

Bilingual skills preferred
