About Us

HCH Behavioral Health Systems is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized behavioral health services to individuals and families. We believe in a holistic approach to healing—supporting mind, body, and spirit. We partner with businesses, organizations, and community leaders to expand access to care and resources.

  • We utilize several therapeutic modalities, evidence-based, tailored to individual needs, working with individuals across the life span.

  • We work with couples and families and utilizing research-backed therapy interventions, that treat the family as a unit. Our methods focus on improving communication, restructuring unhealthy dynamics, and solving relational problems through systemic approaches. This counseling is especially suitable for families managing chronic illness or caregiving transitions.

  • We help address the specific needs of children, adults, and families experiencing post-traumatic stress.

  • HCH BHS aims to treat the whole person - mind, body, and spirit, using mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, to cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and improve mental health. Alongside traditional talk therapy, we would like connect mental, emotional, and physical well-being through different approaches and practices.

    • Online individuals, couples, family, and group counseling via secure video conferencing, offering accessibility to clients and especially to seniors with mobility issues. It allows partners and family members to work on relationship and family dynamics through video platforms with options for separate or joint sessions.

    • Online support groups connect individuals with similar life challenges (e.g. caregiving, chronic pain) in a virtual format.

Our Services

  • "Our program is designed to bridge that gap by integrating behavioral health care services. We aim to meet people where they are, both physically and emotionally."

    Nicole Bryant, Clinical Social Worker

  • "Beyond clinical work, I am passionate about improving systems of care and expanding access to services for underserved populations, neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities, and older adults.

What Drives Our Passion for This Work

This work is personal for our team because we see the resilience of caregivers, the loneliness many seniors experience, and the need for culturally responsive, community-based support. We are committed to building services that honor dignity, promote independence, and ensure no one feels they have to navigate challenges alone.
